Ingredients:
50ml Bailey’s
25ml Vodka
25ml Crème de Cacao
25ml Cream or Milk
Cubed Ice
Dark Chocolate (Grated) or Cocoa Powder
Method:
- To a shaker of cubed ice, add 50ml Bailey’s, 25ml Vodka, 25ml Crème de Cacao and 25ml Cream.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. The liquid should appear frothy.
- Garnish by grating Dark Chocolate over the top of your cocktail.
