30th Birthday Cocktail Party Ideas

Here are three party tips I took away from this event:

1. Cocktail bars at a house party is something your guests will not expect and is a great addition to surprise them with. Something fun, different and delicious!
2. For the ‘surprise’ element, the bar lights were turned off and quests hid in front of the bar. When the birthday boy walked in the bar lights went on and guests shouted “surprise!”
3. Being able to match the colour of the bar to the surrounding decorations of the venue brought everything together and the illumination from the bar provided a great party atmosphere.

Brief

To provide a 2 hour cocktail bar for a 30th birthday party with 20 guests.

What we did

Personalised a cocktail menu with some of the birthday boys favourite cocktails and baby pictures of him.

As well as cocktails we also stocked a small selection of bottled beers, cider, wine, prosecco and spirits to suit everybody’s tastes.

The host and guests were enjoying  it so much, they extended their booking for another hour.
