Cherry Bakewell Fizz
Use as a welcome drink, aperitif, or tipple throughout the evening. This is one of the quickest and easiest recipes and does not require any professional equipment.
Ingredients:
- 15ml Cherry Brandy
- 15ml Disaronno Amaretto
- Chilled Prosecco
- Maraschino (Cocktail) Cherry’s
Equipment:
- Champagne Flute
How to make:
- Add Cherry Brandy and Amaretto to a Champagne flute and stir then top up with Prosecco
- Garnish with a Maraschino Cocktail Cherry
The Celebratory Bell Ringer
The perfect festive toasting drink. ?
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 25ml Amaretto
- 25ml Cranberry juice
- 25ml Orange juice
- Sugar Syrup
- Prosecco
- 1 Strawberry
- Icing Sugar
Equipment:
- Cocktail shaker
- Champagne Flute
How to make:
- To a cocktail shaker add ice, Amaretto, Cranberry juice, Orange juice and a dash of sugar syrup. Shake and strain into a champagne flute.
- Top up with Prosecco
- Get a whole strawberry and dip into some icing sugar to frost it, slip onto the side of the glass to garnish.
Baileys & White Chocolate Milkshake
This cocktail is best suited for after dinner as a dessert because it is sweet and very indulgent.
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 25ml White Chocolate Liqueur

- 50ml Milk
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Sprinkles/Cadbury’s Chocolate Flake
Equipment:
- Cocktail Shaker
- Tumbler Glass
How to make:
- To a cocktail shaker add ice, White Chocolate Liqueur, Baileys and milk – shake.
- Pour contents into a Tumbler glass.
- Garnish with Whipped cream and chocolate Sprinkles.
